Following the positive opinion of the Administrative Council of the CPVO to reduce the application fee to € 450 for CPVR applications filed on-line, the Standing Committee on Community Plant Variety Rights voted in favour of the proposal.

With Commission implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2206 of 30 November 2015 published in the Official Journal of the EU No L 314/22 of 1.12.2015, Commission Regulation (EC) No 1238/95 of 31 May 1995 (“the Fees Regulation”) has been amended as regards the fees payable to the CPVO.
