Additional characteristics accepted by the President of the CPVO according to Article 23 of Commission Regulation Nr. 874/2009 for the species

According to Article 23 of Commission Regulation Nr. 874/2009, the Administrative Council of the Office takes decisions on test guidelines and empowers the President of the CPVO to insert additional characteristics and their expressions in respect of a variety.

For the sake of transparency, the Office notifies hereunder the list of additional characteristics which have been accepted and used so far under the aforesaid provision. This list will be updated each time when further characteristics have been accepted in accordance with article 23.

Furthermore these additional characteristics have been submitted to UPOV for inclusion in document TGP/5 "Experience and Cooperation in DUS testing".
