Decision on Schniga case T-135/08

On 13 September 2010 the General Court annulled a decision of the Board of Appeal of the CPVO and thereby concurred with the Office's view that the Office has discretion to allow a second sample of plant material in the application procedure; Case T-135/08.

The Administrative Council of the CPVO has adopted rules of procedures to allow non-governmental organisations operating in the sphere of plant variety protection under the Community plant variety protection system to send observers to its meetings.
