Ralph Nack, the First Deputy Reporter General of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), successfully concluded his highly anticipated visit to the Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO) today. This landmark event fostered collaboration, exchange of ideas, and explored opportunities in the field of plant variety protection. 

During his visit, Mr. Nack engaged in a series of meetings and discussions with key representatives of CPVO, including its President and senior officials. The agenda included an exploration of shared challenges,

The SME Fund is a European Commission initiative implemented by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and will run from 23 January 2023 to 8 December 2023. This fund provides vouchers for intellectual property protection to small and medium-sized enterprises within the EU. 

This year, 4 vouchers have been published: 

Voucher 1 – IP scan – get up to EUR 1 350 on expert advice for your IP strategy; 

Voucher 2 – trade marks and designs – save EUR 1 000 to use for eligible fees; 

Voucher 3 – patents –
