How to register a transfer of CPVR ownership?
Answer :
A deed of assignment whereby the present holder (assignor) transfers the concerned CPVRs or/and application(s) to the new holder (assignee) must be provided. It must be duly dated and signed by both holders or parties. A template assignment is available on our website at: http://cpvo.europa.eu/en/applications-and-examinations/filing-application/filing-paper . Please note that there is a fee of € 100 for the transfer recordal and a publication in the Official Gazette of the Office.
