The CPVO and the Dutch Board for Plant Varieties worked together on a harmonized application form. The harmonized application form will be available in the CPVO's and the Dutch online application system from 30 June.
It will enable applicants to easily duplicate the administrative information contained in the application form submitted in one authority, when applying in the other authority.
