The national guidelines published have been approved by the President of the CPVO for their use in technical examinations carried out on behalf of the CPVO or the take-over of reports serving as a basis for a CPVO decision. This acceptance has no bearing on the approval by national authorities.
Please note that only the valid version of the national guidelines are published, the former versions are available upon request to the CPVO.
