The University of Alicante (Department of Commercial and Procedural Law) in cooperation with the General Council of the Spanish Judicial Power, is organizing a 2 days specialized seminar for Spanish judges and magistrates on 14 & 15 June 2018, focussing on Intellectual Plant Variety Rights.
Mr. Francesco Mattina, Vice-President of the CPVO, will present the European system for the legal protection of plant varieties on Thursday 14 June, session 3, from 6:30 to 7:00 pm.
