Multilingual versions of the notes for applicants

The CPVO kindly informs its stakeholders and applicants that the latest version of the notes for applicants are available on the "filing an application" webpage of the CPVO website in the 6 following languages:

  • English
  • French
  • German
  • Dutch
  • Italian
  • Spanish 

Content of this update:

  • Clarifications/Precisions in the chapter 7 on fees, and chapter 14 on surrenders and withdrawals (MyPVR e-module ‘End of file’).
  • Update of the chapter 11: extension of the duration of protection for some species (categories A-B-C).
