German agreement: ’’Pursuant to Article 5 (4) of Commission Regulation (EC) N° 1768/95 as amended by Commission Regulation (EC) N°2605/98, the publication of this agreement has the effect that the levels of remuneration and the conditions thereof, as agreed therein, shall be used as guidelines for the determination of the remuneration to be paid for the use of farm-saved seed of varieties protected under Community plant variety rights in Germany and for the species concerned by the agreement’’.
