Postponement of testing announcement
The attention of applicants is drawn to the fact that set of rules on the postponement of testing of certain fruit species have been established in order to implement Article 56.6 of Council Regulation (EC) No. 2100/94 which states that “The Administrative Council may determine that the technical examination for varieties of vine and tree species may begin at a later date”. The detailed set of rules and the fruit species concerned can be consulted through the CPVO website, or received on request from the Office.
The attention of applicants is drawn to the fact that any arrangements which are made directly with an examination office but without consent of the CPVO will jeopardise later examination results.
