Announcement n◦ 1/2017 of the Community Plant Variety Office. New annual and examination fees

The Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/2141 of 6 December 2016 amending Regulation (EC) No 1238/95 as regards the
level of the annual fee and of the examination fees payable to the CPVO has been published in the Official Journal of the EU L332/13 of
7 December 2016. The new fees apply as from 1 January 2017.
